A family owned estate established by the Bordinsky family in the Russian River Valley. Their winemaking philosophy is earth-friendly and self-sustaining ensuring the 20 years old vines are of the highest quality.
The vineyard is located in the cool, foggy Russian River Valley. The climate allows for slow ripening, enabling the grapes to develop full flavor maturation over an extended time.
The fruit is hand harvest, and crafted using traditional Burgundian techniques. This includes fermentation in small tanks and manual punch downs. Aged in French Oak Barrels.
The wine offers aromas of black cherries, violets and a touch of cinnamon combined with subtle notes of French oak and cola. This pinot is silky smooth with a supple finish that glides across the palate.
Excellent with poultry, pork, beef, pizza and much more.
