Year established:	Podere San Cristoforo was built in 1901 and wine production began in 2000.
Size of the vineyards:	86 acres 32 acres are planted with vines, 5 acres with olive trees, 49 with sunflowers Vineyard production is divided between: 22 acres of Sangiovese, 8 acres of Syrah, 2 acres of Petit Verdot
Agriculture:	- Diligent Viticulture - Low yields - Little use of technology – most work in the vineyards is done by hand - Management of the soil with an emphasis on biodynamic methods
Total production:	: 2,900 cases per year
Terroir/Soil:	Podere San Cristoforo is characterized by the constant presence of breezes that blow in from the sea, keeping the grapes healthy and moderating the high summer temperatures. Aeolian deposits of medium texture, originating from the mineral-bearing hills of Gavorrano, result in a stony terrain with a high clay content."
