- Vineyard controlled protection: careful observation of the vines ensures early detection of vineyard pests and diseases, making them easier to control. The vineyard management philosophy is that vines should only be treated when absolutely necessary, and that any treatment be done in the most efficient manner possible.
- Fertilization and enrichment: detailed analysis and profiling of the vineyard terrain make it possible to evaluate the evolution of the soil. A home-made compost and controlled green sowing method is used on each plot of land in order to expand organic life and to regulate water usage. - All vinification and bottling of the wines is done on the property. |
